CAR is reporting live from the 2008 Goodwood Revival meeting – the tenth anniversary of Goodwood's period spectacular that partners the summer hillclimb at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. We've updated the website all weekend with photo galleries and reviews capturing all the action from track and paddock – with exclusive back-stage access to the legends and cars that make Lord March's race event one of the world's premier historic motorsport events. Another fantastic day at Goodwood Revival started off with a blessing from motor racing vicar Canon Lionel Webber and the Band of the Blues and Royals marching up the grid, followed by a stunning low-level air display by a Spitfire and a Mustang.
The 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer will be unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show. With styling already hinted at by the Concept-X and Concept Sportback of 2005, the illustration released by Mitsubishi remains largely faithful to these showcars. The trim of the Down-Road-Graphic modified only slightly; this now gives the front a six element graphic, and chrome is also used.
The 2013 Lexus LS has escaped on to the web 48 hours before the official reveal with a full set of exterior photos. Just yesterday, Lexus responded to the leak of a couple of photos of the 2013 Lexus LS by issuing a single photo of the exterior of their ‘New’ LS. What they’ll do now a full set of exterior photos of both the regular 2013 LS and 2013 LS F Sport have escaped on to the net we can only guess, although it seems unlikely they’ll do the official reveal until Monday as they planned.
